Cancellations, Changes and Returns
Order acceptance signifies customer agreement to take delivery of all material covered by the order. Orders cannot be cancelled without express permission from Gusher Pumps, Inc. Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our products, we reserve the right to make reasonable charges for orders that are cancelled.
Order changes can only be made with express permission from Gusher Pumps. As with order cancellations, we reserve the right to make reasonable charges for order changes.
Goods cannot be returned for credit without express permission from Gusher Pumps, Inc. Products exposed to certain chemicals may not be eligible for return.
Warranty
Gusher Pumps, Inc. will replace or repair, within one year of shipment from our plant, any pump that, in our judgment, has failed due to defects in materials or workmanship, provided the pump has been properly installed and maintained and has not been subject to abuse.
Wearable parts and parts not manufactured by Gusher Pumps, such as motors and seals, are not covered by this warranty.
Modifications, including removal of pump tags or misapplication, void this warranty.
Pump must return to Gusher Pumps, Inc. with complete history of service for inspection and warranty consideration.
Gusher Pumps does not accept responsibility for transportation to our plant for repair. After evaluating and repairing the product, if the repair is covered by warranty, Gusher will pay for return shipping to the customer. Return shipping for non-warranty repairs is the customer’s responsibility.
Furthermore, Gusher Pumps does not assume any responsibility for consequential damage or loss of production.
WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WHEN GENUINE GUSHER PARTS ARE USED.
